Hey I just went to this event thats called the Silver Ring Thing and it was awesome!
If you guys ever have an oppurtunity to go you definitly should.
Its about purity and waiting until your married. And it talks all about getting a Silver Ring (purity Ring)
Its like really awesome =]

The Silver Ring Thing was awesome! I had so much fun and I thought it was so cool how the people shared things about themselves... how they've messed up, how they decided to start over, how they're waiting for their future husbands/wives, etc. It was just so encouraging to see so many teens come together and take the same pledge that I have taken to save ourselves for our future spouses. And it's not just a physical thing, it's also an emotional thing... but you can always start over when you've messed up which is the AMAZING thing about the grace of God!
If any of you ever get a chance to go to one, you should go!

You can get one at a Christian book store or the internet. If you want a silver ring like they sold at the Silver Ring Thing, you have to go to one of their events... which like I said, are awesome!

Hey, idk if I sound wierd posting here since I suppose this is really meant for the girls...but...SRT rocked.

Remember, guitar hero is alot better when you save it untill after your married. Laughing

I don't think the SRT was just for girls, it's awesome guys are getting involved too!=) I am glad you all had such a great time!!!
