I'm sorry you have to go through that at your school. =[ Like Karah said, it's okay to be emotional. Sometimes you need to cry. But when people make fun of you for reading the Bible, remember who you're living for. You're not living to please those kids. You're not living to make them accept you. You're living for God. You're living your life so that it pleases and honors Him. Ultimately, it doesn't matter if those kids laugh at you or not. What really matters is how you react to them. One thing you need to do is don't give up. When you give up, those kids will feel as though they've had a victory of some sort. If you keep doing what you're doing, reading and meditating on God's Word, those people will grow to respect you for that. You may never know it, but they will.
And remember Jesus' words:
"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."
